Clinically backed scar support for smoother-looking skin

ScarBlast Scar Treatment Cream is designed to support the appearance of scars at every stage of recovery. Instead of focusing on hydration alone, ScarBlast is positioned around visible skin recovery: helping improve the look of scar texture, tone, and redness while supporting a smoother, more even appearance over time.

In a clinical study, the active treatment showed strong improvement in visible scar remodeling, including a 66.3% reduction in 3D surface area, a 62.5% clinical responder rate, and earlier visible improvement compared with standard care. The study also showed strong consistency across different skin tones and scar origins.

The Science of ScarBlast

A measurable
approach to visible
scar recovery.

ScarBlast is the only topical solution that uses advanced encapsulation and nanotechnology to deliver active molecules into the dermal layer — where the skin's own remodeling work happens.

Time-to-Benefit

How fast does it work — really?

i.What takes placebo 6+ months, ScarBlast achieves in under 3.
ii.Reaches near-complete reduction 3–4× faster than placebo.
iii.Cuts scar visibility to single digits months ahead of placebo.
iv.By the time placebo shows moderate improvement, ScarBlast is nearly complete.
Why It's Different

Built to reach the layer where scars are made.

Human skin is a steel-like barrier of collagen and elastic fibers — engineered to keep things out. Most lotions and creams are repelled at the surface. ScarBlast is the only topical formula using advanced encapsulation and nanotechnology to deliver natural, active molecules to the dermal layer that supports mitochondrial biogenesis — clinically associated with the energy required to maintain and refine skin appearance.

  • 01Targets prolonged vascular activity to address visible redness at its source.
  • 02Maintains pigment normalization during early recovery — preventing inflammation-driven darkening.
  • 03Encourages long-term structural smoothing by supporting natural remodeling.
  • 04Uniform, high-performance outcomes across all demographic groups, including melanin-rich skin.
What This Means For You

Not just how scars feel. How they look over time.

Each outcome below was supported by measurable findings observed during third-party clinical evaluation.

Smaller size
Reduction in scar surface area measured by 3D surface-mapping instruments.
Smoother texture
Long-term structural smoothing by supporting the skin's natural remodeling process.
More even tone
Pigment normalization maintained during early recovery to prevent darkening.
Reduced redness
91.8% redness normalization by targeting prolonged vascular activity.

Study Scope
Our clinical evaluation was conducted on scars less than one year old. ScarBlast may also be applied to older scars—results are still expected, but the application window will be longer. The older the scar, the longer ScarBlast needs to be applied to see comparable results.

Based on findings from a controlled clinical evaluation by Continental Clinical Solutions LLC. assessing improvements in scar appearance, including texture, pigmentation, redness, and overall visual quality. The clinical evaluation referenced throughout this section was conducted on scars less than one year old; ScarBlast may be applied to older scars, with results taking longer to appear—the older the scar, the longer ScarBlast must be applied. Reduction-over-time chart reflects controlled comparative modeling of scar reduction; individual results may vary. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is intended for cosmetic use only and is not designed to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or structural skin condition.

Frequently asked questions

What types of scars can ScarBlast be used on?

ScarBlast is designed for a range of visible scars, including surgical scars, minor injury scars, and areas with uneven texture or discoloration. It can be used on both newer scars and existing ones, though earlier use may support better visible outcomes.

How long does it take to see results?

Results vary depending on the skin and the type of scar. In clinical evaluation, visible improvements were observed during the treatment period, with many users noticing changes in texture and overall appearance before the end of the study†. Consistent daily use is key.

How is this different from traditional scar creams?

Yes. The formula was evaluated across a range of skin tones and types, with consistent performance and no serious adverse effects reported during the study†. As with any skincare product, we recommend patch testing before full use.

Can I use this on sensitive or healing skin?

ScarBlast is designed to be gentle and supportive of the skin barrier. However, it should only be applied to fully closed skin (not open wounds). If you have highly sensitive skin or a medical condition, consult your healthcare provider before use.

How often should I apply it?

Apply a thin layer to clean, dry skin 1–2 times daily. Consistency is important to support visible improvement over time.

Will it completely remove my scar?

ScarBlast is not intended to remove scars. It is designed to improve the appearance of scars—helping them look smoother, more even, and less noticeable over time.

Can I use it with other skincare products?

Yes. ScarBlast can be incorporated into most skincare routines. For best results, apply it before heavier creams or oils, and avoid layering directly with active treatments unless advised.

Finally, something that works for sensitive skin!

I tried standard silicone scar sheets and gels in the past, but there were so cumbersome and my skin hated them, I was hesitant to try something else, but after reading the ingredients, I gave Scarblast a chance. Wow. No irritation, no redness, and yup this is the real deal, what took so long? My skin feels great and the scar flattening is amazing. Highly recommend for anyone with sensitive skin.

Goodbye itchiness, goodbye scar!

A few weeks ago, I was walking in the woods and got a nasty scrape from a sharp tree branch right across my forearm. It left a really angry-looking mark that wouldn't stop itching. A friend recommended Scarblast, and I’ve been amazed by it. Not only is the scar visibly disappearing, but the annoying itchiness went away within a week after applying it. I will absolutely be recommending this to all my family and friends!

Outperforms Mederma by a mile!

I used Mederma in the past for a scratch on my leg, and it was just okay, but after trying Scarblast on a newer blemish, I clearly experienced a noticeable difference. It absorbs so much better and works twice as fast. I'm so happy with my progress that **I just re-ordered another tube to give to my older teenage daughter.** She’s at that stage where she gets little scars from breakouts and scrapes, and I already know that Scarblast gets results. Worth every penny!

Definitely recommend it.

I've got a pretty nasty scar that I've tried several different scar treatments on. Scarblast is the first one that's shown any serious reduction in size. Definitely recommend it.

My scar is improving.

My scar is improving. It is less swollen and red and hasn't been itching me. I'm really encouraged that this will make a huge difference in time. I will take a pic in another month or so, so you can see the progress. I also tried the Scarblast on a small round scar on my upper thigh where I had a skin 'punch' biopsy done 4 years ago. The two located lower on my leg healed fast and are barely visible - this one on the thigh has remained raised, red and itchy. I decided to apply the lotion here, too, and it has responded almost immediately. I will keep applying a small amount here but I believe even the progress to date would be sufficient on this scar. It's almost as if it's reduced the scar from a raised bump, like a wart, by about half in size - after just a few applications! It's no longer red and it has stopped itching.

Everything and then some!

Honestly, I bought this hoping it would at least dull down a surgical scar on my shoulder, but it did everything and then some. It flattened the raised edges, completely matched most of the discoloration back to my normal skin tone, and left the area feeling incredibly soft. It exceeded every expectation I had. I feel it was money well spent.

Wow. This stuff really works. Have been using Scarlblast for 5ish weeks and it's made a huge difference. Seeing the size go down and it doesn't itch anymore.
